| Sharaku Hosuke is a descendant of the Three-Eyed Race. They possessed advanced technology, but their civilization was mysteriously wiped out.
Usually, Hosuke is an innocent and scatter-brained boy, but when the patch on his forehead is removed to reveal his third eye, he can use his special power and develops an evil personality. Despite this, he still cannot stand up to his classmate, Wato-san.
