Description

Todoroki Takaya took part in a novice race driving a car tuned up by him. His final target is to join F1 race. When he was about to win the race, he caught in a fire because of the machine trouble. However, Nick Lambda, a retired top racer, appreciate his talent and recommended him to Katori Motors. Then, he began to travel all over the world to join the rally. This is how his new challenge to win the championship by his own machine, "Todoroki Speical", began.
