| In the editorial office of the Net Runner, all of them were fast asleep after hard work. However, there were two figures working for them. They were BB Runner and his sister, Ranna. While they were working, a girl suddenly appeared from a display and asked for help. She was Chiyu-12-sai (12-years-old Chiyu) who came from Net Character World. In Net Character World, the people were taken away by a man who called himself "Master".
This DVD is produced to commemorate 5th anniversary of the Net Runner, which is a computer magazine dealing with the Internet. This anime is a parody of the people and characters popular in the Internet. For example, the following characters appear in the anime. If you don't know who they are, you can't enjoy the story very much.
* BB Runner and Runna : Mascot characters of the Net Runner
* Hiroyuki : He is the administrator of 2ch BBS, which is the largest BBS in Japan.
* Mona : A catlike ASCII art character born in 2ch BBS.
* Chiyu 12-sai : She is the first virtual net idol.
* Bisuke-tan: Another virtual net idol.
* Nin'i-tan : The character used in Areigai no Nanika with Nin'i (Something other than "That" with anonymous). It is desktop accessory software, and she talks jokes with his buddy while it is running. The program has been modified and it is now called "Ukagaka".
* Unyu: The buddy of Nin'i-tan
* Samurai Damashii Ken : He is the author of a famous BLOG site, Samurai Damashii.
