| Dr. Regal and Laserman were beaten by Netto and Rockman, and they restored peace to the earth. However it didn’t last long. Another danger was approaching Earth. It was "Duo" who had been manipulating Regal from his back.
Duo was an extra terrestrial Net-Navi disguised as a comet, and came from the planet far away from the Earth. He was looking for planets that might be obstacles and getting rid of them from the universe.
He decided to destroy the Earth, but he noticed that the Cross Fusion of Netto and Rockman would become big enemies.
Now that, in order to save the Earth, the battle between Netto and Duo begins.
