| In the future not far from the present, the game Crash Gear become popular on the streets after it's first debut.
Mahha Masuru, a cheerful boy in elementary school grade five, has taken a liking to Crash Gear ever since he moved homes. Playing the game, Mahha encounters various other players such as a young girl named Maeda Natsumi, a Gear shop owner Fujiwara Ginjirou, and a young boy named Kouda. With this, he begins his journey to become a Gear Fighter.
His goal is to fight with players from the promotional development group "Sanama Laboratory" like Akusawa Yuu and the mysterious Elite Gear organization known as ZET.
