Anime fansub is any anime that has been subtitled by fans, rather than professional companies for business, hence it is called 'fan sub'. Based on this general definition, AnimeNfo followed a philosophy that a fansub can be in any languages, any mediums, from any anime fans around the world, but only for anime fans where the anime title has not been licensed.
Yes, AnimeNfo fansub database is capable of supporting these languages. If you run a fansub group who releases anime fansubs in other languages beside English, drop AnimeNfo a message to add your group in the database.
Just drop AnimeNfo a message to have your group listed or to add/change maintainer(s).
Why don't you maintain it yourselves? It's very easy (I think :D).. drop AnimeNfo a message.
I, myself, personally will stop adding anime titles that has been licensed in North America to the list. However, AnimeNfo
is not based on a specific country, and fansub group's maintainer(s) has full degree of freedom to add anime titles to their
own database. You are the one that should stop the distribution of the fansub if you think it has been licensed in your country.
