Description

A Kugutsu master (puppeteer) who can control people/objects as well as create them from his talismen. Works for the Syndicate in surveillance of targets and blackmail (assassination is not the target of the Syndicate). Originally commissioned to trail Miho by Taizo Minagawa. Gets a lot of nose bleeds.
