Description

Otaki is Tamiya's best friend and is also one of Keiichi's Senpai. He has long spiky white/blond hair, wears all sorts of vehicle parts as well as complete set of tools. He always wears his round mirrorshades. He is afraid of dogs, and likes to wear armors.
