| When Dejiko and company realize that they are in need of a place to stay, it's The Manager who offers them jobs at Gamers and the spare room above the store. With glasses and freckles, he kindly consoles Dejiko and sometimes steps in to stop disputes between Dejiko and Rabi~en~Rose. He's very patient and nice, and always seems to be smiling. In fact, he seems to be the only normal person in the series.
He also has two kanji characters written on his chest that read "the manager". One of his quirks is to send Dejiko on vague errands, such as "buying something from that store". And yes, he does resemble a blue finger with a face -- all the "normal" people in the series are depicted as finger-like creatures.
