| Shirei in english means Commander. He is the Commander of the A.E.G.I.S. Far East Branch. He is calm and understanding with his dealings with the GateKeepers Party.
He makes good decisions about the team and together with his secretary head the branch. His secretary serves as second in command. He is also is the principal of Tategami High School.
In the past he was a soldier and when he was captured by the enemy, the enemy told him not to kill himself and keep on living. From then on, he still remembers what had happened on that day and continues to follow what that enemy soldier had said to him, never stop to keep on living.
