| Reiji, is an intelligent and smart person. He always excels in what he does and is popular amongst the girls in Tategami High School.
He is the evil GateKeeper they call "Shadow". His real name is Yuji Mitsuoka. He awakened his gate ability when he was mad at his uncle that was going to takeover his father's property who had died earlier.
When he was small, he had also the ability of knowing many things just like Misao's gate of perception.
The top invader staffs approached him and invited him to join them in their cause. He had inlfuenced much of Shun's thinking and his ideologies have also caused political turmoil during that time.
His primary ability is called the shadow edge. What the shadow edge does is it turns people into invaders and they disappear immediately.
