| Kaoru, the fourth GateKeeper found in Japan possess the "gate of close combat". Her gate ability allows her to go beyond an ordinary human's limits.
She is expressive of her feelings for the people she likes and strives hard to impress them too. Kaoru became to like Shun and declared her love for him, which made Ruriko feel sorry that she hadn't said it earlier. After that she has done many things for him like giving him a meal prepared by herself.
She has three attacks, which she named them after herself, the "Kaoru Punch", "Kaoru Kick" , "Kaoru Throw" and the "Kaoru Javelin Throw".
