| | DITA is an inexperienced pirate who is always smiling and full of surprises. It seems that her mission is to make things pretty (like Hibiki's room and Vanguard!) She is the first to meet Hibiki and she becomes very attached to him. She is constantly calling him Alien-sama or Mr. Alien despite the fact that he is not. Dita was also in the Thunder when the praxis exploded changing the outward apperance of her dread and giving her the ability to unite with Hibiki's Vanguard. Dita is also the first of the three women pilots to "unite" with Hibiki's mecha the Vanguard when they unite they create an extremely powerful fighting mecha (the strongest of the three united mechas.) Dita continues through most of the story as a babbling girl who coaxes Hibiki with women's food. However later in the story while they are at war with the enemy (or bad aliens as dita likes to call them) everyone starts to give up and Dita says a very powerful speech (which is usually not like her) and gets everyone's spirits up (including Hibiki's.) So even though she may seem like a ditz she is a very compassionate intelligent person.
