Chelsea Rorec is an ex-agent for The Company. After being assigned as Ruri's bodyguard, Chelsea and Ruri have developed a strong sisterly bond. With this bond set in stone, Chelsea dedicates her life to Ruri, even if it means disobeying The Company. With her rare gravity powers, Chelsea escorts Ruri to the surface world, where they meet Rumina and Ginnosuke. She's very hot-headed, but after a few lessons with Grandpa Asagi, she has managed to keep her cool in fights.

CHELSEA ROREC
Chelsea is Ruri's loyal guardian. Protective like an older sister, Chelsea wants to see Ruri smile and is the instigator of Ruri's escape from Underground. She has the ability to use the force of gravity. She doesn't approve of Rumina's affections for Ruri, but they must work together to bring her back from Company.
One of the leading female characters of Tokyo Underground, Chelsea is energetic and somewhat spiteful. She was born with the rare ability to control gravity. High proficient and extremely adaptive in terms of fighting potential, Chelsea uses her special power of gravity as her main method of attack. She is determined and very loyal in terms of her vow of protecting Ruri in their hopes of forever enjoying their life beyond the world of Tokyo Underground. Chelsea has been branded a traitor against the inhabitants of her native world, more about her will become undoubtedly revealed as the series progresses.
A young woman who is an inhabitant of Underground, Chelsea used to work for "Company". However, her association with Ruri and consequent decision to take her to the surface has caused her to be hunted by her own former comrades as a traitor. Determined, tough, and protective of Ruri to a fault, Chelsea is rare among the elemental users of Underground in that she has mastered the ability to control Gravity, instead of the more traditional elements of Fire, Water, and other such powers.

CHELSEA ROURKE
Chelsea is Ruri's guard, and accompanies her when escaping from the Underground. Chelsea controls powers related to gravity, and has a personality to match. She is very tough and is a strong fighter. She is very dedicated to her task of protecting Ruri, and would gladly lay down her life. Chelsea's gravity-power is very strong, and she is a tough opponent.
