Tomo is Yomi's childhood friend.Unlike Yomi who keeps her cool,Tomo completely looses it at times.She's hyper and very competitive.Sometimes she tends to be rude.Tomo is not the brightest bulb though.She lets her hyperness get in the way of her common sense.Besides her bad habits,she is willing to take on any challenge and have the most fun with her friends.

With way to much energy, terrible grades, and an extreme sense of competiveness, Tomo gives life to Yukari's class. She likes to tease Chiyo-chan and challenge everyone to a series of contests. She's on the verge of insanity, but Yukari's already there. Tomo seems like a younger version of Yukari, so there's not much hope in her future.

Universally recognised as the ADD poster child, Tomo Takino is bubbling with energy (usually in the wrong direction, or simply running out of gas in a few seconds). Her longtime "Friend" Koyomi Mizuhara tries her hardest to keep Tomo on the straight and narrow, but usually in vain.
She forms a loose alliance with Kagura and Kasuga (Osaka), by virtue of the similarity of their academic achievements; ie, none.

Tomo-san is loud, hyperactive, and usually rude towards everyone including her own friends. She has no morals to speak of so her actions often are extreme until to the point someone pops a vein. Sometimes. Basically, she is OTT and not too bright either.
