Chitose Hibiya is landlady of where Motosowa and chii lives. She is no ordinary women, she and her (now dead) husband created the ultimate learning persocons with human emotions. Freya and Eruda (aka Chii^_^)
Freya was eventually fell in love with Chitose's husband, and realised this was bad and painful for Hibiya (whom she called mama), So Freya decided to stop functioning, so no one would get hurt anymore. (Hibiya didn't deleted her then) but before that, Eruda took her spirit into her.
Hibiya plays a vital role in the last episode of series..
