Shimbo is a 18 year-old college-prep student like Hideki. He is Hideki's best friend and classmate. Shimbo has a mobile persocom named Sumomo and him and his persocom try to help Hideki along his journey to figue out whats wrong with Chii

shinbo hiromu is motosuwa hideki's neighbour. they both are going to the prep school.he's a cheerful person. he owns sumomo, his persocom. he introduces kokubunji minoru to motosuwa, he is quite smart, and he always help motosuwa with persocom-related things. the only thing i dun like the character is that he is in love with sensei shinmitsu, and runs away with her. but when chii is in trouble, he imediately returns to gub jokasaki.he's quite a nice character
