Laila, or Lola in the fansubbed versions, is the twin sister of Laura. They were left in the care of Lucif, Soichiro, and Lilith after the mage who was training Lucif, Soichiro, and Lilith passes away. Lucif describes the twins as "Soulless dolls". We are not given anymore details in the anime and am not sure as to how old they really are since they still look the same as they did over 15 years ago from the present. Also, Laila and Laura appear to be able to look into each others hearts and locate each other telepathically or at least something similar.
Laila goes off with Soichiro and Lucia after Lucif goes off on his own to find the True World. She loves chocolate, almost to the point of it being a fetish. She plays a supporting role in the Venus Vangaurd extermination group. Somehow, she manages to weild two machine guns near the end.
