Laura is the twin sister of Laila (Lola in the fansubbed versions). They were left in the care of Lucif, Soichiro, and Lilith after the mage who was training Lucif, Soichiro, and Lilith passes away. Lucif describes the twins as "Soulless dolls". We are not given anymore details in the anime and am not sure as to how old they really are since they still look the same as they did over 15 years ago from the present. Also, Laila and Laura appear to be able to look into each others hearts and locate each other telepathically or at least something similar.
Laura went with Lucif after Lucif split off from Lucia and Soichiro. Unlike Laila, Laura appears virtually emotionless. Since Laila isn't closed off like Laura, Laura seems to be able to spy on Laila through a special mirror. Laura loves candy, she always has a jar of candy with her.
