Mutou Kazuki comes into possession of Kakugane LXX (from Tsumura Tokiko) after an incident at the Haunted Factory one spring night. He is a selfless and loving person, willing to sacrifice everything only at the thought that others will be happy in the end. He is silly to a fault, but serious when the time and need arise. His Busou Renkin's name is Sunlight Heart.

he is a nice guy who cant stand to see people get hurt. he is killed saving a girl from a monster and is brought back to life with a Kurogane and helps tokiko fight the Homunculus. although he is nice and has a strong sense of justice hes at times very stupid
