The medical director of the hospital that Ray works at, and also the man who rescued Ray from the fascility that reared children for their organs. He is a big-sized man, slightly burly with a mane of black hair and an eye-patch. One of his legs ends with a wooden stump. He seems to belong on a fishing vessel than in a hospital. He can pack up some hard punches and can clear a hallway of thugs pretty easily. Don't mess with him...
