He is formerly known as Okajima Rokuro, before Dutchie name him Rock, a former business man that was kidnap by Black Lagoon and eventually join them after his boss tell him he is already dead! he is the main character of the anime series!

Okajima Rokuro (alias Rock) graduate from a state college and employe of Asahi Heavy Industires Co. in Tokyo.

One day his job was to deliver top secert disc to Borneo. But his ship was attacked by pirates (Dutch, Levi & Benny), whose goal was "his" disc.

He was kidnapped for some bonus cash. When his company instead of helping him, hire mercenaries to kill him along with his kidnappers his journey begins...
