The Great Will of the Universe is a swirling galaxy with arms. She forever brings Excel or any other characters back to life whenever they "accidentally" die in the show. Heck, she's the Will of the Universe so she can reset the show anytime she wants! She doesn't do much else except for having a crush on poor Pedro.
