A quite type person and is called the flame alchemist, his desire is to become a President someday and change all the rules that is currently followed in their country, alhtough highly respectful he is somewhat occasionally pervert!

During the Ishbal Massacre, Roy was ordered to kill two scientists. Those scientists turned out to be Winry Rockbell's parents. He was so distraught because of what he did, he almost committed suicide.

Roy Mustang is the coolest character in the whole Fullmetal Alchemist series. He might be sarcastic, but it is very easy to see that he is very goodlooking. Also known as the Flame Alchemist, Roy Mustang is a veteran of many brutal battles, including the Ishbal Massacre. Though he fights for what he believes in, he can't help but come to grips with his bloody past at war. But no matter what happens, Roy Mustang still keeps his cool and at the same time, is very hot( litterally!!!!).

Roy Mustang is the Flame Alchemist. He is a lazy slacker and dates lots of women. He is the one who introduces Ed and Al to the militery. Sometimes he will actually work or try to get his subordinates to do stuff while he slacks off. Although he is a higher class than Riza (first a lutinent colonel, then a colonel, then a brigader general) she is the only one who can tell him what to do, and to get him to do his work.
