Cecil

Cecil is a mage in training under Slayn.

He starts of protecting Zaxon from mercenaries. Then he becomes a member to stop Ashram from obtaining the Sceptor of Domination. Later, he becomes on of the captains in the Free Army.

Cecil is friends with Parn and the others and is both good a ancient magic and close combat.
