Hiroto Amigawa and Mika definetly get off on a bad start. Hiroto is the captain of a ship which involves most of these main characters. Hiroto seems to be a man of no emotion, and is hated greatly by Mika for the death of her best friend. Hiroto and Mika's best friend where both in an accident, and Mika insists that Hiroto is the cause of her death, even though he isnt. Even though Hiroto seems easy and calm, he is like any other human being and also has his limits. Despite how much he is greatly hated by Mika, he seems to be the only one to believe in her and her ablities(even though he doesnt really come out and say it) when everyone else doesnt. And despite her harsh feelings toward him, and her constant "ponderings" and countless emails containing "I just dont get him...", Mika does seem to portray some feelings toward him and shows she does actually care for him when it was said he only had little time to live(dont want to spoil anything). Well, all in all, although he seems like a bad guy, Hiroto is actually a good perosn looking out to save the world!
