Hashiba Sei

Hashiba Sei is sometimes called chibi Sora because of how alike they are and I think it's true. The only difference is their size and a lil bit of long hair you can see jutting out of Sei's head. Sei (as of what I think of him) is a dumb but cute kid. He is in the 'Chibi's' gang which includes Ren Shiina and Fuuta Kitamura. They are very cute especially on the Valentine's day. but no spoilers! I hope...
