If Asuna was against Negi being 2-A's new English teacher, it was nothing to Chisame's feelings of outrage. She considers herself and Eva to be the only NORMAL students in the whole class and thinks everyone else is crazy, especially the martial arts girls (KuFei, Kaede, Setsuna, Chao and Mana) the Narutaki twins, Chachamaru and of course Negi, but Chisame has her own secret. She is vain as Net Idol Chui and thinks the love from cosplay fans is the real thing. Chisame is horrifyed that someone might learn her secret. Although her appearance is similar to Naru's (both nerdy and lovely) her hair is more often colored green.
In the anime;
Chisame competed with 2-A for popularity, altering her picture as Chui to rid her acne and enlarge her breasts so no one could tell it was her. It worked, but she later seemed to curse herself for it. Fumika seems to be a fan of Chui. She also created a virus to send her classmates homepage offline, but didn't get to use it. Her reactions to Negi's sudden appearance are hilarious.
In the manga;
She almost seemed to be falling for Negi under his sneeze ripped her bunny costume off and she vowed to find a way to kill him.

Chisame is a closet case girl with glasses, boring. She dislikes everyone in her class because she thinks they're all weirdos and hates to be involved in anything that's their doing, or them in general. Behind their backs, though, Chisame poses as a computer icon. When Negi finds out, he accidentaly reveals this to the rest of the class and she vows to hate him forever.
Chisame isn't someone who has much fun in class or allows herself to.
Like Naru Narusegawa and Motoko from Love Hina, she dresses to repel boys and seems to hate the main male in the story. Some fans think she might become one of Negi's many devoted and loving students, since she blushes when he tells her how petty she is without her glasses.

Computer nerd, she is a top idol on the internet but dcides to hid it from the class and the world. One day the class decides to make a webpage for the school but Chisame doesnt get involved. The competition begins with each side dresing less and less to get the fans votes. She gets so pissed of that she even tried to launch a virus but the class had to stop because what they put on the school webpage isnt really what the school would want to show.
