She looks like she came from Devil Hunter Yoko, wearing an outfit in her sparetime to further this illusion. Choa always has buns in her hair. Since she is a cook, you might think she is a counterpart of Yotsube, but they never really interact. She is also a scientist with Hakagse and a martial artist with KuFei. She has a sunny demenour.
In the anime;
She works to send Negi back in time to before Asuna died.
In the manga;
Chao seems to be a mage herself and is on the run from the law keepers. Just what she is up to is still uncertain to me.
