Matagu is the calm and collected one of the group, never starting trouble but always offering help when needed. Matagu has been friends with Hyosuke since they were little kids.
PS. This is almost the opposite of what he is in Onegai/Please Twins.

This guy likes Mizuho Sensei, but she don't give a fuck about him. He has a poor and importantless participation, and a stupid voice too (at least the Japanese voice)
