Washu is the self-proclaimed genius of the universe when in reality she is a "mad" genius. You and anyone else who doesn't know her might look at Washu and think she is a cute little girl, but she is actually 500,0000,000 years old, thank goodness she performed her age reversing experiment on herself so she could look young forever, though her true grown-up self is hardly ever seen and when it is, only to make fun of Aeka and Ryoko's crushes on Tenchi, since the only real interest she has in the boy is as the being who destroyed Kagato, the man who discovered that Washu had succeded in her independant reproduction experiment and froze her and used Ryoko as a tool to attack the Planet Jurai from which he was banished. She was only released when Mioshi accidentally got into Kagato's ship where two giant stone snakes tried to attack her and she fought back with her bullets while both reading them their rights and fighting her fear of snakes;
"You have the right to remain silent, you snakes!"
The gunfire caused Washu to wake up and destroy the stone serpents with a simple touch of her finger and informed Mioshi and Aeka on Kagatos' goals and gave them visuals of the battle between him and Tenhi and Ryoko (the result of her Independent Reproduction expeiriment) Because Ryoko is actually apart of herself, Washu knows everything she knows--including how she feels for Tenchi and often refers to Ryoko as her "daughter". This is mainly because when she was younger she had both a husband and baby when she was in college but they were both taken away from her, so she decided to become the size of a child and often refers to herself and askes/tells others to refer her as "Little Washu". The same way she created Ryoko was the same way she created Ryo-ohki and refers to her as her "baby".
In Universe, she was inprisioned by the Jurains for her mad experiments on earth and had the power to turn Ryoko and Aeka into small kapas when they insulted her--though she only showed of having this power once--and had two dolls made in her image to inflate her ego.
Aside from Ryoko and Ryo-ohki, Washu also created the cabbit Fuku for Seina as a gift and said she acts as the primary core to his ship the Kamidake(Fuku, unlike Ryo-ohki doesn't become a ship herself).

Washu is a super smart Genuse and went see was in collage of so camp. see meet a man, they were both in deep love, but then she got dumped and then she cot up with the tenchi group and now she live's with them and she mostel stay's in her lab that she made in the bastment.Washu is about 200,000,000,000,+ but she tested on her slef to she is back to being twelve agine. She cool and she might look like a wip but she can use her brain to make a big gun that and make u dist :D ya and she's toughf and she's cute as a butten. but dont forget to call her Washuu-chan!
