Duke Fleed

The main character in the series.
He is a prince from a far planet called Fleed, when his planet was crushed by Vega Daio, he was the only survivor, he took Grendizer before the enemy can get use of it.
Later, he arrives on Earth & is adopted by Dr. Umon, & goes by the name Daisuke Umon.
2 years later the Earth is exposed to Vega invasion, & Duke Fleed heads a team to prevent them from conquering the Earth along With Koji Kabuto (former pilot of Mazinger), & in the second part of the series, Hikaru (Danpe's daughter) joins them along with his long lost sister Maria!
