He is Makoto’s classmate. He plays a class clown, but he is smart. Though he doesn’t study, he gets good results. He uses Kansai dialect, but actually he wasn’t born in Kansai.

The most active one of the bunch, he is very eccentric and exaggerates every story. He has a very distinctive character, probably the comic relief of the series. He and Kasumi have a unique relationship as friends.
