Noike

Noike is the adopted daughter of Lady Seto, which makes her the aunt of Ayeka and Sasami. When she arrived on Earth, it was under the guise as Tenchi's fiancee. Later, she revieled to Ryoko and Ayeka that she was in fact sent to keep an eye on the girls who had gravitated around Tenchi. She also suffers from strange visions, which feature Tenchi saving a little girl.
