Satsuki is always clam no matter what the situation is. He's Kippei's younger brother who seems wiser than him even though he goes to middle school. In one episode he has to take Yuzuyu to preschool and focuses more about him, but not all that much.

Satsuki is Kippei's younger brother, and remarkably level-headed for someone of 12 years.
He says he's glad he doesn't have to take care of Yuzuyu, because he's not "good with kids".
