Suzuko is known to her mom as Reiko and to Kippei as Nee-chan. She's Kippei's older sister and dominates over him. She plays a supporting role in helping Kippei as he takes care of Yuzuyu. She's also the one who appointed Kippei as the new guardian for Yuzuyu.

Suzuko is Kippei's sister and an esthetician (I guess she works with interior design). She's also the strongarm "disciplinarian" (I bet Kippei would say "bully") of the Katakura house; no one can stand up to her!
