Sensei-san (As called by the fairies. Not his real name - sensei means teacher)is a very kind person. He has the four fairies in his house, and watches over them. His profession is a teacher, so he is a logical candidate to teach the fairies all they need to know about the human world - with some help from Tama-chan!
