The strongest demon who seeks to destroy the world and rebuild it as he wishes. He often appears in the form of a dark crow, although this is just his shadow and his human form is very similar to Vicious in Cowboy Bebop. His demon form is like Chrno

Aion is the arch-enemy of Chrono and Rosette. He and Chrono used to be very close, perhaps the best of friends (using the term cautiously) among all the sinners, but when Aion decided Mary Magdalan (who Chrono was quite fond of) had to die, great hostilities arose. Mary was killed and Aion tore off Chrono's horns. Fifty years passed and Aion re-entered Chrono's life, asking him to take back his horns and join him in his quest to destroy Pandemonium. When Chrono refused, Aion persuaded Joshua to take the horns and Joshua has been Aion's faithful servant ever since.
Aion seems to live almost solely for the destruction of Pandemonium. He is attempting to gather the apostles in order to finally achieve his goal.
