Chris is the leader of the special forces unit "obstinate arrow" and is sent as an assassin to kill pacifica. However later on he is sent to research how much is true about the prediction of the scrapped princess who would destroy the world

Entering the special operation, Chris is the leader that everyone looks up to when things turn bad. He is the type that acts alone and stays alone, which is interesting as we see the changes in him throughout the anime.
