Chiyoko's mother

Having appeared only twice in the story, Chiyoko's mother playes a small role.
She advises against Chiyoko becoming an actress, she states that Chiyoko will be just fine serving her country by bearing children and becoming a housewife. Chiyoko rubs it in her face later.
