Nanase Tadashi

He's Narue and Kanaka's father, and he is an Earth Investigator of the Galactic League. When he was on his home planet Nihon, he was top-notch at the Department of Foreign Affairs, but now on Earth, he's a poorly-paid klutz Dad.

At the age of 30: He was once a high-ranking officer at Foreign Affairs, but now he's just an Investigator of the Galactic League, on the planet Earth of all places. When he resists a return and stand-down order from the Investigator Office, he falls into a river, and later is rescued by Narumi (Narue's mother).
