Kazuto is an honest and quiet 14 years old boy. He is going to the same junior high school as Narue. Most of the time he is worried that he is not interesting enough for her. His hobby is watching anime, and he is quite in love with Magical Cannon Girl series. Since he was never interested much in girls before meeting Narue, he takes love advice from his best friend Marue Masaki.

He's a wuss and a sucker, but he's a nice guy who wholeheartedly loves Narue. He got together with Narue after demonstrating that he had a heart that didn't mind that she was half-alien. He's a huge fan of the anime "Magical Cannon Girl Yongo".
