Quent Yaiden is a drunk, sheriff before the death of his family(wife and son)who now travels with his sons dog "Blue";who is actually a wolf. In the illusion that his family was killed by wolves he travels on a quest to avenge their deaths.He is a drunk in order to forget or perhaps in order to see wolves?

Quent is a sheriff from a small town that no longer exsists. He is a bit of a drunk, to put it mildly. He is traveling with his dog, Blue, to search out and kill all the wolves. The reason behind this? He believes that they killed his wife and daughter and wishes for revenge.
