He is one of Sakura's graudians. Until all of the clow cards are caught he is in a toy looking form but when they are caught he turns into Kerobeos

Kerberus is the Guardian of the Seal, sleeping when Sakura opens The Clow and releases all of the cards. When the family is not at home, Kerberus is often playing one of Sakura's video games. Although Kerberus does not need to eat, it has an affection for snacks and sweets. Due to the fact that The Clow had been in Osaka, Osaka prefecture for a long time, Kerberus speaks in an Osaka accent. Kerberus appears in two different forms, the smaller of which is referred to as simply "Kero-chan". He is based on Kerberus, from Greek mythology.

Keroberos is the real form of Kero and is very powerful. He was created by Clow reed and is loyal to Sakura since she is the master of the cards. He had no doubt about it when he chose sakura to recapture the cards.He will have faith in her always.
