Kichijouji

Kichijoji is one of two spies the General sends to tail Dr. Amagi and the others as they make their way to Izumo. She is a more serious pesronality than her partner, Koganei, with whom she often quarrels. Because of her spy training, she is able make a deadly weapon of a simple playing card. She also apparently has an attraction to Dr. Amagi.
