Aka Mikhail. Voiced in the English dub by Claudia Black, who is best known for playing Aeryn Sun on TV's "Farscape"

Mikhail first appears in the form of a young boy who tries to appeal to Nakahito on a peer level, trying to convince him to help the Academy stop Kurumi. Mikhail is the only Steel Angel, other than Kurumi, to be equipped with a Mark II Heart. She also possesses a normal Angel Heart. When Nakahito refuses her, she kisses him and is transformed into an adult female Steel Angel, who has powers comparable to Kurumi's.

Mikhail was created to find info on Kurumi at first she was a boy untill she was fustrated at Nakahito so she kissed him and then transform into a lady.
