He looks like a kid but don't let his appearance fool you, he is definitely old. A cutie too, though I definietly would like to see what's beneath all that hair and see the color of his eyes.

Ascot is another bad guy who works for Zagato. He has the power over animals and he tries to also kill Umi, Fuu, and Hikaru. Ferio helps him but then saves the three girls. Ascot is turned good after he fights them.
