Noelle, the spunky, hyper, airheaded magical girl of the show. She doesn't have a wand or a catch phraze, but she really really wants to be an angel!(She's got the halo, she just needs some wings..). Noelle is a little much to stomach at first(death..by..genki-kawaiiness @_@), but one gets used to her after awhile ^_^.
