Dispell-sama

Dispel is the main 'villian' in tennimon up to a certain point, he is completely and utterly INSANE! Nearly every episode(again, up to a certain point), he sends some really bizarre invention/robot/spaceship/etc out to go kidnap Noelle because he want's to add her to his collection of 'Imperfect things'(she's an angel with no wings, so she's imperfect..I guess...^^;;). He often drops into these lengthy dramatic monologues with only his entranced pet Silky to listen
