Misato Shinobu

Although her name is never said directly, through process of elimination, I came to the conclusion that she is Shinobu.

Shinobu appears to be just an ordinary secretary for ORI; however, she appears to be a skilled pilot and weapons specialist like every other girl in this series. Unfortunately we are not given much personal history about her in this series.
